Spanish business icon takes APM Terminals to court

Spain's perhaps highest ranking businessman, Ángel Perez Maura, one of the primary owners of Grup Maritim TCB, which APM Terminals acquired earlier this year, is now taking the Danish port and terminal company to court in Madrid in relation to the corruption case in Guatemala.
