DP World will not renew contract in Indonesian port

Terminal operator DP World is not pleased with the conditions for a contract renewal in Indonesia and has thus opted to withdraw as operator of the terminal when the current contract expires in two years.

Dubai-based DP World has chosen to cancel a contract on a terminal in Indonesia as the port operator is not satisfied with the extension proposal from the country's authorities.

The company informs that it has decided not to extend an operator contract in the port PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) when this expires in 2019.
