Prosecutor followed paper trail in case against Monjasa
In his procedure, the prosecutor in the appeal case against bunker company Monjasa emphasized the suspicious delivery notes which have previously been characterized as falsified in order to mislead a customer. The defense will argue its case today, Wednesday.
Since this article was published, Denmark's Western High Court has cleared Monjasa and Jan Jacobsen of all charges.
