A Copenhagen based bulk operator has become the focus of a dispute regarding dirty bunker in a case that reveals the current difficulties faced by shipping companies when tanking their vessels.

For several months, the issue of contaminated fuel oil has spread across the world and now includes key ports such as Houston, Panama and Singapore which saw several vessel engines damaged.
