Aegean's savior prepared to take over the entire company

Trading house Mercuria, which rescued distressed bunker company Aegean Marine Petroleum with a refinancing agreement has said it is prepared to take over the entire company, reports Ship & Bunker.

This summer Mercuria Energy Group reached out a helping hand to hard-pressed Aegean Marine Petroleum with a refinancing package totaling close to USD 1 billion overall.
