DSV still looking for acquisitions

DSV and CEO Jens Bjørn Andersen are still looking for new acquisitions despite the failed attempt to take over Swiss-based Ceva Logistics earlier this year.

DSV made two attempts earlier this year to acquire industry peer Ceva Logistics. But these failed attempts have not deterred the transport and logistics group from looking for new acquisition candidates, says DSV Chief Executive Jens Bjørn Andersen.

"Along with remaining asset light, making acquisitions has been the most important part of our strategy for the past 20 years. We've been able to do so, and we feel that it has created value every time we've done it. We're determined to do so, and we'd like continue that," he says.
