Startup wants to use robots as cleaners for ships

J. Lauritzen and Norden have already installed several of Cliin's new cleaning robots in order to save time and money on cleaning cargo holds. But this is just the beginning for the startup, CEO Thomas Jørgensen tells ShippingWatch.

High pressure washers, chemicals, enormous amounts of water and many hours of demanding and at times dangerous work. The recipe for a clean cargo hold has been the same for decades, but the startup Cliin is looking to change this situation.
