CMA CGM approaching full ownership of Ceva Logistics

French shipping line CMA CGM now owns almost 90 percent of Ceva Logistics, which DSV also attempted to buy. However, the liner company plans to acquire an even bigger stake in the Swiss freight forwarder.

Acquisitions in the logistics sector continue, and while DSV is still trying to get its hands on Swiss Panalpina, CMA CGM is working full steam to take over Ceva Logistics.
