Fuel in Fujairah shows signs of contamination

Lloyd's Register warns ships that have bunkered in Fujairah that there could be contaminated fuel in circulation. oil samples have shown an excessive content of acid.

A series of samples of ship fuel taken in Arabic port Fujairah have shown acid content so high that the fuel oil might be contaminated.
