Dan-Bunkering is awarded damages against insolvent dry bulk operator

A court has ruled in favor of Dan-Bunkering in a case against a Greek dry bulk operator, which shut down without paying for several fuel purchases. Another bunker company has also filed a case against the operator.

Dan-Bunkering came out on top in the fight against a Greek dry bulk operator, which closed down last year without paying its bill to the Danish bunker company.

A court in the US last week ordered Greek Medmar to pay a little over USD 110,000 to Dan-Bunkering.
