Two former executives from Singapore-based bunker company Coastal Oil have been charged with participating in large-scale fraud, reports Reuters citing court documents which the news agency has accessed.

Both of the former executives are from Singapore, and they have been charged with allegedly defrauding eight banks of USD 340 million.
