China's Guangzhou Shipyard International, which counts Danish D/S Norden among its customers, will have to go through a material transaction, said the yard on Thursday, following the suspension of trading the yard's shares on the Hong Kong and Shanghai stock exchanges since Monday, citing an imminent event.
