Braemar and ACM merger finalized

The merger between Braemar Shipping Services in London and ACM Shipping Group has now been finalized.

A new major player has been born in the brokerage business as the merger between Braemar Seascope and ACM has been completed. The new company goes by the name Braemar ACM Shipbroking, says Braemar in a statement. Braemar announced the merger back in May, a move that creates a company with more than 1,000 employees in Europe, Asia, the US, Africa and the Middle East.
