The plans for Ramboll Oil & Gas' business in Norway have been clear for the past two years. First, the company was looking to double the number of jobs, to make Ramboll Oil & Gas correspondingly bigger, and then the company would establish an office, hire employees and appoint a new manager. With the right people the company would be ready for growth.

The plans developed as expected until the second quarter of this year, where things fell apart, Ramboll Oil & Gas CEO John Sørensen tells ShippingWatch.
