Project to map network between forwarders and brokers

More than 800 freight forwarders are operating in Denmark along with numerous agents and brokers. A new research project at CBS will analyze the significance of relationships and networks - even between competitors - in the industry.

Copenhagen Business School, CBS, will map the commercial value of relations and networks among the many freight forwards, agents and brokers operating in Denmark.

The project is one of five new PhD research projects launched after the establishment of CBS Maritime and the center's biggest research project, launched earlier this year.
