Media: Germany's HSH and EU nearing agreement

A deal between German HSH Nordbank and the EU Commission could be settled by the middle of next week, report several media outlets who have spoken to sources familiar with the process. A deal that the parties have been working on for more than two years and which will help the shipping bank shed distressed shipping assets totaling billions of euros.
