CFO appointed to head major German bank

HSH Nordbank has now confirmed the replacement for the bank's CEO Constantin von Oesterreich, who expressed his desire to exit his contract at the end of March, according to several media reports.

On June 10th, the top job will change hands at major German bank HSH Nordbank. 50-year-old Stefan Ermisch, who has till now been serving as the bank's CFO, will take over as CEO. HSH Nordbank confirms this fact according to several German media sources.
