The OW Bunker estate has lost a bunker price contract case at the district court in Aalborg, Denmark, against three international shipping companies.
In recent weeks, the OW Bunker collapse has been making headlines due to a failed finance agreement which was expected to enable the estate to raise more money for the creditors.
