Greenland's Royal Arctic Line has now received its new container vessel, which is an important part of its partnership with Iceland's Eimskip.
The vessel is one of three ships that the future collaboration partners have had built in China over the past few years. These will make up the framework of a transatlantic cooperation on freighting goods to and from Greenland. Eimskip will handle two of the ships, with the last one belonging to Royal Arctic Line.
