Norden launches "carbon-neutral" freight transport based on biofuel

Denmark-based dry bulk and tanker carrier Norden banks on biofuel made from waste products. Aim is to achieve net zero by 2050.

Norden has secured such amounts of biofuel based on recycled cooking oil that the company now offers its customers ”a 100-percent carbon-neutral biofuel sailing option,” the carrier writes in a press announcement.
