Prices on Russian oil climb above price cap

The last two weeks Russian oil has traded above the set price cap of 60 dollars a barrel.

The international price for oil has climbed over the last few weeks and so has the price on Russian oil, leading it to be traded above the set price cap, states a market report from brokerage firm Gibson.
