Trøim's new dry bulk unit raises capital for newbuilds

Dry bulk operator 2020 Bulkers, founded by major Norwegian investor Tor Olav Trøim, has raised fresh capital for eight newbuilds to be constructed in China.

Operator 2020 Bulkers, established by Tor Olav Trøim, has raised USD 9 million in a share emission at the OTC Exchange in Oslo. The fresh capital will be used to pay yards for eight Newcastlemax dry bulk ships set to be built at New Times Shipyard in China.
