At a tense two-day meeting in the US, China has abandoned its planned tariffs on US agricultural product sorghum. The move is seen as a Chinese concession.

China on Friday abandoned a planned import tariff on US grain sorghum, while diplomats from the two countries are negotiating in Washington DC to avoid a trade war between the world's two biggest economies, reports Reuters.
