Intermarine forms global joint venture with Zeaborn

The two heavy lift and multipurpose operators Intermarine and Zeaborn will form a new joint venture and combine global offices.

US-based Intermarine will form a new global joint venture with Germany's Zeaborn Group, inform the parties Tuesday.

The new company will be named Zeamarine, and the move will involve the transfer of assets and operating units from Zeaborn's commercial activities and from Rickmers Line, owned by the German company, and Intermarine.
