Oslo-listed Goodbulk to pursue New York IPO

Goodbulk, established a few years ago and listed in on the OTC exchange in Oslo, will now purse a New York IPO with a new fleet of 25 ships.

Dry bulk shipping company Goodbulk, listed on the small OTC exchange in Oslo, has submitted an application to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, SEC, for a New York listing, the company informs in a notice to the Oslo exchange.
