Songa Bulk appoints new CEO to replace Billung
In connection with Star Bulk's takeover of Songa Bulk's fleet, the latter's CEO, Herman Billung, has opted to step down from the company, which has thus appointed a new chief executive.
Songa Bulk has found a successor from within its own ranks to replace CEO Herman Billung, who will continue at Star Bulk in connection with the carrier's takeover of Songa's fleet, writes Songa Bulk in a notice to the Oslo stock exchange.
