South Korean authorities have sought an arrest order for the CEO and two former employees of Polaris Shipping, owner of shipwrecked bulk vessel Stellar Daisy. However, the court has rejected the request. Updated.

South Korean authorities have sought an arrest order for Kim Wan-joong, CEO of Polaris Shipping, which owned and operated bulk vessel Stellar Daisy that sank two years ago in an accident claiming the life of 22 crew members, reports Yonhap News Agency.
