2020 Bulkers sells ships for USD 84 million: Investors are rewarded

2020 Bulkers has sold two ships to Ocean Yield for USD 84 million, and the board now heralds dividends to shareholders.

2020 Bulkers has signed a deal to sell and lease back the two newcastlemax vessels Bulk Seoul and Bulk Shanghai with Ocean Yield, according to a notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange.

The price tag says USD 84 million. At first, the ships are leased on 13-year contracts, and they are expected to be delivered on Oct. 30 and Nov. 6.
