Western Bulk cautiously optimistic about 2020 despite market downturn

Dry bulk is off to a weak start in 2020, in which most recently the coronavirus has caused uncertainty in the market. Still, Western Bulk is "cautiously optimistic" for the coming year. The shipping company booked a deficit for 2019, when its Chilean business weighed down.
