BW Dry Cargo sells ship for profit of USD 5 million

Bulk carrier BW Dry Cargo has sold a ship for a profit of USD 5 million to a Swedish startup shipping company with plans to build a dry bulk fleet.

BW Dry Cargo has just sold a ship for a profit of USD 5 million to a Swedish startup shipping company with ambitions to build a fleet of dry bulk vessels.

According to ship database Vessels Value, it is kamsarmax ship BW Haze that has been sold to newly established Sterling Shipping. BW Dry Cargo bought the vessel in 2017 for USD 16 million and, according to Sterling Shipping's website, sold it for USD 21 million.
