Ejner Bonderup wants to simplify business of Thornico Shipping

The shipping industry, including special cargo, has been holding on to an old business model for too long, says the new chairman of Thornico Shipping, Ejner Bonderup, in an interview with ShippingWatch immediately after his appointment.

Ejner Bonderup is back with shipping in earnest following a break that ended up lasting nearly 18 months, after surprising many in January 2019 by suddenly laying down his title of partner and his executive position with Danish bulk operator XO Shipping.
