Wedell-Wedellsborg and Sohmen-Pao invest in new dry bulk platform

With the backing of two new investors, BW Dry Cargo ceases to exist as a dry bulk operator and re-emerges as a platform that aims to connect customers and shipowners. Each ship must pass a "green test".

During Easter, BW Dry Cargo ceased to exist as an operator within the dry bulk segment in the form known to the market since 2016, and has instead been transformed into a platform on which customers such as large commodity traders and shipping companies can meet and enter contracts.
