Goodbulk turns deficit to profit in third quarter

Dry bulk operator Goodbulk is benefiting from capesize rates that are at the highest level in more than ten years. Bagging a profit, Goodbulk is paying out USD 30 million to shareholders.

Goodbulk is exiting the third quarter with black numbers on the bottom line in a dry bulk market that is expected to stay strong in 2022.

Controlled by John Michael Radziwill, the dry bulk operator reports USD 77.9 million in revenue, up from USD 44.7 million in the third quarter of 2020.
