Maersk Broker bids several leading employees farewell

A number of leading employees in Maersk Broker’s dry bulk company, MBBC, including CEO Frank Mortensen, have left their positions within short time. Mortensen believes he has been fired, however, Maersk Broker’s CEO does not agree.

Frank Mortensen is no longer chief executive of Maersk Broker’s dry bulk company, Maersk Broker Bulk Chartering (MBBC), after having spearheaded the company for the last six and a half years.

And the chief exec of the dry bulk venture is not the only one whom the Maersk family’s private broker firm has bid farewell within short time. Anders Hald, Maersk Broker CEO, confirms to ShippingWatch that brothers Claus and Thomas Stahl, both with titles of vice president in the dry bulk firm, have left MBBC as well.
