Herman Billung expects "headwinds" before renewed dry bulk upswing by year's end

The dry bulk segment is seriously slowing down after the market in 2021 and into 2022 hit the highest levels for more than a decade. Nonetheless, experienced dry bulk exec Herman Billung, who currently serves as CEO of carriers 2020 Bulkers and Himalaya Shipping, is absolutely calm.
