Golden Ocean pays USD 291m for six bulk vessels

The John Fredriksen-controlled dry bulk carrier Golden Ocean acquires six modern newcastlemax ships equipped with exhaust gas cleaning systems for a total price of USD 291m, according to a stock exchange announcement.
