Danish Tina Revsbech has resigned from her position as executive vice president at Fednav.

This is confirmed by Fednav in an email to ShippingWatch.

”Tina was hired 3.5 years ago with a business transformation mandate which has been effectively completed. Accordingly, she has decided to move back to Europe to be closer to her family,” says Paul Pathy, President and CEO at Fednav.

”We are grateful for the excellent work she has done in moving our company forward, and she leaves in good standing.

Paul Patty adds that the company has ”no no immediate plans to appoint a successor.”

”With the recent sale of our terminal division (FMT sold to Logistec, on April 1, 2023), we have sufficient resources to manage and develop our global shipping business, which I will oversee personally as we evaluate our needs,” says Paul Pathy.

Revsbech joined the Canada-based dry cargo carrier in early 2020. Last week, she decided to part ways with the company.

Prior to moving to Canada, she was chief executive officer of BW Tankers, where she resigned in 2018 when the company was planning to merge with Hafnia Tankers.

Before that, she has held positions at Danish carriers Torm and Maersk as well as at oil company Shell.
