G7 nations call for extension of Black Sea grain corridor

The deal that secures grain shipments out of Ukraine should be renewed and expanded, say G7 nations’ agriculture ministers after Russian criticism of the agreement.

The grain corridor out of Ukraine is crucial for the war-stricken country and should be extended and expanded, the agriculture ministers of the Group of Seven (G7) powers state after a meeting in Miyazaki, Japan, news agency Reuters reports.
