Braemar: Corn could be shipped from Brazil instead of Ukraine

When Ukraine finds it more difficult to export corn and wheat after the dropped grain agreement, it might be Brazil or the US that will supply the Chinese market and others, according to Braemar.

The fact that Ukraine will now have difficulties exporting its crops is bound to change the trade patterns of the dry bulk ships that carry corn and wheat around the world, writes brokerage firm Braemar in an update.
