Merger between Eagle Bulk and Star Bulk is now final

The merger was announced back in December, but is now a reality as shareholders voted in favour of the new corporate structure yesterday.

The shareholders have approved the merger of the two dry cargo shipping companies in US Eagle Bulk and Greek Star Bulk.
