Oldendorff acquires Abu Dhabi based ESHIPS

Oldendorff has entered into agreement wtih Abu Dhabi investment company Mubadala to aquire all its shares in ESHIPS. "A perfect fit for us the region," Oldendorff says.

German bulk carrier Oldendorff has entered into agreement with the huge investment fund Mubadala to acquire its shares in Abu Dhabu based ESHIPS.

ESHIPS has two areas of specialisation: tankers and bulk carriers and performans marine transportation globally with emphasis on the Arabian Gulf, MENA, Europe and South Asia regions. The company owns and operates a fleet of tankers, gas tankers and bulk carriers.
