Poor prospects for China's steel export in 2015

China exported 50 percent more steel in 2014 compared to the year before, but the Chinese export could take a big dive this year.

China's steel export reached record high levels in 2014.

While domestic demand was somewhat slower last year, the country's exports increased 51 percent compared to 2013, according to new numbers from China's central customs administration, reports Bloomberg.
