Golden Ocean in Capesize venture with four bulk carriers

Five bulk shipowners, including Golden Ocean and Star Bulk, have made a cooperative agreement for a joint venture under the name Capesize Chartering Ltd. to strengthen their position in the tough bulk market.

In the midst of the bulk crisis five shipowners are now joining forces to create a new company with the largest dry bulk vessels, under the name Capesize Chartering Ltd.
