This is hardly the time for major, long-term decisions at various executive offices in the international dry bulk industry, unless such decisions are unavoidable. This is the impression left by new Clipper Group CEO Peter Norborg who just a few days ago took over his new corner office with a view of the Øresund strait between Denmark and Sweden at the carrier's headquarters in Copenhagen.
