Scorpio Bulkers booked a USD 25 million net loss

USA-Monaco based bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers delivered a minus of USD 24.7 million in the second quarter of 2016, pushing the carrier's deficit up to USD 83 million, reads the latest financial report.
