Bugbee buys stake in Scorpio Bulkers

President Robert Bugbee has purchased shares for USD 216,000 in his carrier Scorpio Bulkers. The purchase comes a few days after the Scorpio Group management did away with the controversial transaction fees at Scorpio Bulkers and Scorpio Tankers.

Robert Bugbee has bought shares in his dry bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers for USD 216,000.

The carrier's President has acquired a total of 60,000 shares in the carrier at a price of USD 3.60 per share, corresponding to around USD 216,000, informs the NYSE-listed company in a press release.
