Controversial Greek shipowner sued in series of accusations

The Greek shipowner and majority shareholder in New York-listed bulk carrier Dryships, George Economou, is being sued at a court in the Marshall Islands for breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment, as well as favoring himself at the expense of shareholders, informs Dryships in a corporate statement.
