Fredriksen's Ship Finance acquires older feeder fleet
Ship Finance International, which owns a number of tanker and dry bulk vessels on long-term contracts at Frontline and Golden Ocean, has acquired an older fleet of small feeder vessels.
Oslo-listed Ship Finance International, part of John Fredriksen's business empire, has acquired a fleet of 15 feeder vessels ranging between 1,100 and 4,400 teu. All the vessels are on long-term charter contracts with a leading container line, announces the company without naming any names.
