Maersk-owned Seago Line weighed down by cyber attack

Profit dipped for the third consecutive year at Maersk-owned feeder-liner company Seago Line. In 2017, the result was weighed down significantly by lower rates, higher bunker prices and last summer's cyber attack.

Feeder-box carrier Seago Line, owned by Maersk Line, was just like its owner hurt on revenue by last summer's cyber attack.

In June 2017, the Maersk Group found itself hit by a global cyber attack that paralyzed the booking systems at container carrier Maersk Line.
