CMA CGM axes Executive Group and reshuffles organization

French container carrier CMA CGM is carrying out a large organizational restructure. According to information accessed by ShippingWatch, executive management will be cut down by four positions. See the new setup here.

In a major maneuver, CMA CGM and CEO Rodolphe Saadé are making significant changes to the container carrier's executive management.

Saadé announced last week in an internal statement that the organization would be restructured, effective from September 3. The executive management is presently comprised of eight individuals, including Saadé. According to ShippingWatch's information, the executive group will be reduced by four positions while several executives will take on new positions.
